PRODUCTS & ORDERS

  • We aim to describe and photograph products accurately.

  • As many items are handmade or use natural materials, small variations in colour, size or finish may occur.

  • Measurements are approximate.

  • We may cancel or amend orders if there is an obvious pricing or listing error, and we’ll contact you if this happens.

PRICES & PAYMENT

  • Full payment is required before an order is accepted.

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers.

AVAILABILITY

If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund or suitable alternative.

DELIVERY

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days unless stated otherwise.

  • Responsibility passes to you once delivery has been made.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  • You have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return an item.

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

  • Return postage is your responsibility.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, credit or refund as appropriate.

Natural materials may change gently over time. This is expected and not considered a fault. Care instructions should be followed to prolong product life.
